What the time includes

The hours shown are client participation, not Andrew’s billable hours. Team totals are reserved by each core participant; leadership-pair meetings add named participant time. Opening, closing, and a review approximately 90 days after closing are included in standard leadership and team totals. Preparation and practical trials take additional time.

Your proposal shows the complete schedule, including any role-pair work, organizational forums, and overlapping participants. Andrew’s agreed preparation, design, and follow-up are included in the scoped professional fee.

Team and organizational fees include Prioritizer and Facilitator support. Organizational schedules include quarterly role forums, cross-team work, and the Operating Rhythm Review. Participants also reserve time for reflection.

One agreed total

The agreed fee covers the professional work named in your proposal—not just the hours together. Use paper or tools you already have. Any optional licenses, materials, specialist services, travel, and applicable taxes are itemized before you commit.

What your proposal confirms

A Draft is a working arrangement your people can try. Those with the relevant authority choose which tested agreements to adopt. A Blueprint records the adopted agreement in concise writing, with a useful diagram where needed.

Your proposal names the trial, documentation, adoption support, and handover included. Wider rollout, technical setup, migration, or training is separately agreed. An adopted Blueprint can start Your relationprint in existing tools.

Scope, cost, and commitment

Before work begins, we agree the intended endpoint, decision authority, participants, schedule, support, outputs, handover, full costs, and change terms. Shared participation and reusable work are counted once. Payment terms are agreed before commitment.

We agree useful evidence and review outcomes alongside the effort invested. Findings and learning remain distinct from demonstrated gains in usable time, attention, or ability.

Is the first conversation charged?

The initial fit conversation is complimentary. Reserve 45 minutes to explore the situation and a useful next step. You decide whether to proceed.

Scheduling, changes, and confidentiality

Reserved engagement capacity is available during the agreed delivery window. We schedule in advance and agree changes in writing. Provider-caused delays extend the delivery window accordingly.

We review purpose, participation, time, and fee implications together, then approve scope changes before further work begins. Private leadership reflections stay separate from shared operating agreements. Participants agree sponsor updates, access, and sharing at the start.

Materials and optional assessments

Ordinary paper and pencils are enough to begin. If specific materials would help your engagement, your proposal lists them and any associated costs. Reusable materials are not charged twice.

Optional assessment licenses are identified and priced separately before agreement.

Extended DISC® is optional. We agree whether it serves the work, who participates, the license cost, and the arrangements for interpretation, sharing, and access before including it.

What happens between sessions?

Participants try agreed changes in everyday work and bring observations to review. The trial period and useful evidence depend on the situation. Preparation, reflection, and practical trials add participant time between sessions.

Your proposal names the contact, included support, and response expectations for between-session questions and document review. Changes to the agreed scope are approved before the additional work begins.

Can we begin with focused work?

Speaking, a workshop, a retreat, or a focused project can provide a bounded beginning. The proposal identifies its intended endpoint and practical next step.
