What this is

One working team of 3–9 people connecting several recurring decisions, commitments, or working relationships.

Who it serves

  • An executive team aligning direction and delivery.
  • A governing board strengthening its governance rhythm.
  • A delivery team connecting recurring handoffs and commitments.

What happens in the engagement

6 half-days or 3 spaced full days. Regular joint/private support for the named prioritizer and facilitator, alongside team trials and reviews.

For an executive team, this is Executive Team Alignment: the same team engagement applied to the people who set direction and coordinate delivery. Wider organizational work is a separate scope.

Intended endpoint

Tested and refined Drafts connecting recurring team decisions and handoffs. Each agreement the team chooses to adopt is captured as a Blueprint with a named maintainer and review point.

A Draft is ready to try in real work. A Blueprint records an arrangement tested and adopted by authorized client decision-makers.

For example

An executive team connects priority decisions, delivery commitments, and exceptions through an agreed planning and review rhythm.

Time and participation

Each core member reserves twenty-one group hours: eighteen workshop hours plus one-hour opening, closing, and later review conversations. Joint/private support for the prioritizer and facilitator is included in the scoped professional fee. Their appointments add participant time; the proposal shows the number, format, and each person’s complete commitment. Preparation and practical trials add participant time.

One included review approximately 90 days after closing. The active period ends at closing.

What happens next

Your proposal confirms the work, participants, schedule, outputs, and handover. Authorized client decision-makers determine what to adopt; the organization chooses how to maintain its records. Additional tool setup, wider rollout, or extended implementation support is scoped separately. Full terms appear on Investment.
