What this is

One participant connecting several recurring situations: responsibilities, client relationships, priorities, decisions, and everyday coordination.

Who it serves

  • Connecting the moving parts of an independent practice.
  • Refining decisions and commitments across several recurring situations.
  • Leading a growing team or changing area of responsibility.

What happens in the engagement

12 one-hour working conversations. An opening conversation, a closing conversation, and a later review.

Intended endpoint

Connected Drafts tested and refined in recurring situations, with each agreement you choose to adopt captured as a Blueprint.

A Draft is ready to try in real work. A Blueprint records an arrangement tested and adopted by authorized client decision-makers.

For example

An independent consultant connects their client promise, weekly priorities, and change-request process in one workable rhythm.

Time and participation

Reserve fifteen one-hour appointments: twelve working conversations, opening, closing, and a later review. Working conversations normally follow a biweekly rhythm. Preparation and practical trials add participant time.

One included review approximately 90 days after closing. The active period ends at closing.

What happens next

Your proposal confirms the work, participants, schedule, outputs, and handover. Authorized client decision-makers determine what to adopt; the organization chooses how to maintain its records. Additional tool setup, wider rollout, or extended implementation support is scoped separately. Full terms appear on Investment.
