12–18 months active, connecting named teams and handoffs through quarterly forums for the people setting priorities and coordinating delivery.

Time and support, agreed up front.

A small organization working as one team can begin with Teams. Listed participation hours include opening, closing, and a later review; preparation and practical trials add time. Team and organizational fees include the specified role support, while the proposal shows each person’s full schedule and total cost. Leadership-pair work is scoped separately. The included review is scheduled approximately 90 days after closing.

Build on what works

Support for the people
guiding the work.

The Prioritizer clarifies direction within agreed authority. The Facilitator coordinates delivery within a delegated mandate. Andrew supports both as your people develop and test their working arrangements; authorized client decision-makers determine what to adopt.

Organizational work connects these roles through quarterly forums and an Operating Rhythm Review. We reconcile shared sessions, overlapping roles, and completed work before agreeing the next phase and its full schedule.
