Engagements / Organizations

Begin at the center.
Connect the organization.

Help connected teams establish clearer decisions, responsibilities, and handoffs. We begin with executive leadership, then sequence work across selected teams and interfaces with the people who hold the relevant authority.

Organization-wide work

About 1 hour quarterly.

Larger networks are sequenced into useful working groups. Your proposal identifies participation, authority, direct team work, and each person’s combined calendar.

Plan the capacity investment

Time made explicit.

Participation follows named teams, people, and cross-team relationships. The scoped professional fee includes the named role-pair support. Your proposal separates group work, joint/private appointments, quarterly forums, interface sessions, preparation, practical trials, and later reviews.

Someone serving several teams receives one combined schedule. Shared leadership support and genuinely reusable work are reconciled before the fee is agreed.

Scope & investment
What will we work on?

Bring a real situation: a decision, a working relationship, a recurring handoff, or a question about how work happens. We compare perspectives and choose a scope around the people involved and the capacity available.

Your proposal states the intended endpoint: findings and recommendations, Drafts with a trial plan, capture of selected adopted agreements as Blueprints, or updates to Your relationprint. The people with the relevant authority choose which tested agreements to adopt.

What will we take forward?

Your proposal names the team agreements, trials, adoption support, and handover included. Authorized client decision-makers choose what becomes a Blueprint in Your relationprint.

How do we begin?

Start with a fit conversation. We discuss the opportunity, capacity available, and the people involved, then agree a bounded proposal.
