Engagements / Teams

A shared way
to work.

For one working team of 3–9 people—an executive team, board, department, project team, or small organization. Andrew leads the design; your people draw, test, and refine agreements they can use.

Direction and delivery.
Supported together.

The Prioritizer clarifies direction and commitments within agreed authority. The Facilitator coordinates delivery and continuity within a delegated mandate.

Support for both is included in the scoped professional fee at every depth. Their additional appointments and complete participant time are shown in the proposal. One person may carry both functions in a small team.

Plan the capacity investment

Time made explicit.

Each working team has 3–9 people; your proposal confirms the named roster. Half-days reserve three hours; full days reserve six working hours with a separate lunch.

Group totals of 9, 21, or 39 hours per person include opening, closing, and the later review. Joint/private support for the prioritizer and facilitator is included in the scoped professional fee. Their appointments add participant time; the proposal specifies the number, format, and each person’s complete commitment. Preparation and trials add participant time.

Scope & investment
What will we work on?

Bring a real situation: a decision, a working relationship, a recurring handoff, or a question about how work happens. We compare perspectives and choose a scope around the people involved and the capacity available.

Your proposal states the intended endpoint: findings and recommendations, Drafts with a trial plan, capture of selected adopted agreements as Blueprints, or updates to Your relationprint. The people with the relevant authority choose which tested agreements to adopt.

What will we take forward?

Your proposal identifies the recommended outputs, trials, adopted Blueprints, or guide updates included in scope. Authorized client leaders decide what to adopt.

How do we begin?

Start with a fit conversation. We discuss the opportunity, capacity available, and the people involved, then agree a bounded proposal.
