your information.
This notice explains how information is handled when you use the Capacity Snapshot, contact relationprint through this website, or follow the booking link.
How information is handled
Capacity Snapshot
Your question responses stay in your browser until you choose to share them. The Snapshot calculates signals and optional planning estimates on your device. Start directly with a perspective and keep personal details private.
Session storage preserves progress, responses, your optional Snapshot label, and calculator assumptions across reloads in the current tab. Browser settings determine how long a restored tab keeps its session. Use the Snapshot’s reset control to clear its saved progress. If session storage is unavailable, the assessment works in page memory and explains that refreshing clears progress.
Saving or printing uses your browser’s print dialog. You choose where the PDF or paper copy goes. Copy actions use your device’s clipboard only when you choose them.
“Bring my Snapshot to the conversation” lets you preview and choose the result summary to bring: perspective, dimension signals, Capacity signal, starting points, and an optional estimate. Individual question answers remain in the Snapshot. The selected summary moves through local session storage into the inquiry draft and remains on your device until you choose a receiving channel. You can remove it from the draft or copy it for your own use.
When you choose to submit the inquiry form, your name, email, organization (if provided), topic, message, and any Capacity Snapshot summary you have chosen to include are sent to Netlify, our website hosting and form-processing provider. The practitioner operating relationprint can access submitted inquiries in the Netlify dashboard. Website inquiry notifications are sent to andrew@relationprint.com. Keep initial inquiries general; reserve confidential client records, sensitive personnel information, and health details for an agreed secure channel.
External services
Choosing “Book a conversation” opens Calendly in a new tab. Calendly collects the booking details you provide, including your name, email address, selected time and any optional notes, and shares them with Andrew to arrange the meeting. Scheduling uses the connected business Google Calendar and Google Meet. Calendly handles its page and cookies under its privacy notice. Your inquiry draft and Capacity Snapshot summary stay separate from Calendly. Keep booking notes general.
Following an external LinkedIn link opens that service under its own privacy terms.
Website technology
Fonts, images, and scripts are served with the website. The reviewed source uses locally served assets and keeps analytics, advertising pixels, and session-replay services outside the site. Netlify may process technical request information as the website host, including data used for security and service operations.
Inquiries and your choices
We use your inquiry to respond and discuss possible work. We retain business correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the relationship and any applicable obligations. For questions, corrections, or deletion requests relating to information you submitted, contact andrew@relationprint.com. Requests may be subject to legal or recordkeeping requirements. The practice is founder-led; formal contracting identity and terms are provided in engagement documents.
