What happens in the engagement
Executive Team Alignment + quarterly forums. Paired alignment support for the executive prioritizer and facilitator, plus quarterly Prioritizer and Facilitator Forums.
Includes discovery, sponsor setup, the structure for Your relationprint, quarterly Operating Rhythm Reviews, continuity handover, and a later organizational review. Additional full-team engagements are scoped where they will be useful.
Named prioritizer and facilitator support is included in the scoped professional fee. The proposal shows their appointments and each person’s complete time commitment.
Intended endpoint
Executive-team and interface agreements developed, tried, and reviewed through four quarterly cycles. Chosen Blueprints are captured in Your relationprint, with clear routes for cross-team decisions and updates.
A Draft is ready to try in real work. A Blueprint records an arrangement tested and adopted by authorized client decision-makers.
Executive priorities and two recurring cross-team handoffs become connected agreements reviewed through the role forums.
Time and participation
Executive-team members reserve twenty-one group hours, including the team’s later review. Executive-pair appointments, interface work, and organizational opening, closing, and follow-through are scheduled by role. Each role forum reserves up to three live hours per quarter; the executive pair and designated representatives also attend a quarterly review of about one hour. Four quarterly cycles are included. The proposal shows each person’s combined calendar, preparation, and practical trials.
One included review approximately 90 days after closing. The active period ends at closing.
What happens next
Your proposal confirms the work, participants, schedule, outputs, and handover. Authorized client decision-makers determine what to adopt; the organization chooses how to maintain its records.
