Engagements / Organizations
Organizational
Alignment.
Connect executive decisions and delivery across two additional teams and their shared interfaces.
The scope at a glance
What this is
The executive team and two additional teams each receive Team Alignment. Quarterly role forums connect the work across up to four named interfaces.
Who it serves
- Connecting three working teams during growth.
- Aligning stakeholder promises with delivery capacity.
- Translating executive direction into shared cross-team commitments.
What happens in the engagement
Executive team + 2 Team Alignment engagements. Sustained executive-pair support, included role-pair support for each additional team, and quarterly Prioritizer and Facilitator Forums.
Includes discovery, sponsor setup, quarterly Operating Rhythm Reviews, shared record structure, continuity handover, and a later organizational review.
Named prioritizer and facilitator support is included in the scoped professional fee. The proposal shows their appointments and each person’s complete time commitment.
Intended endpoint
Trial and refinement of connected agreements across three directly engaged teams and their interfaces. Chosen Blueprints are captured in Your relationprint, with named maintainers and coordinated reviews.
A Draft is ready to try in real work. A Blueprint records an arrangement tested and adopted by authorized client decision-makers.
Executive, client-service, and delivery teams agree how changed commitments move between them while protecting existing work.
Time and participation
Each of the three directly engaged teams reserves twenty-one group hours per member, including its later review. Executive-pair and team role-pair appointments add time for their named participants. Four quarterly cycles include up to three hours in each role forum and an approximately one-hour Operating Rhythm Review for the executive pair and designated representatives. Interface work and organizational lifecycle conversations follow a named schedule. The proposal reconciles overlapping participation and shows preparation and trial expectations.
One included review approximately 90 days after closing. The active period ends at closing.
What happens next
Your proposal confirms the work, participants, schedule, outputs, and handover. Authorized client decision-makers determine what to adopt; the organization chooses how to maintain its records. Additional tool setup, wider rollout, or extended implementation support is scoped separately. Full terms appear on Investment.
