Behind the scenes

Meet our staff.

Myla, wearing a violet bandana

Myla

Chief Morale Officer

Unofficial Chief Morale Officer, with a very good bandana. Andrew brings the guidance. Myla makes the case for having the better headshot.

Myla is the practice’s four-legged representative of a focused portfolio: morale. It is a substantial title, worn with the same quiet confidence as the bandana. Her contribution to the staff page is already clear. The photograph sets a standard that the rest of the practice must simply accept.

Morale improves significantly after treats.

For a practice that thinks carefully about priorities, this is an admirably clear position. The intended outcome is straightforward. The Chief Morale Officer’s perspective requires little translation, and snack-break priorities have the advantage of being easy to explain.

The title is affectionate, and the formality is deliberate. Andrew remains responsible for the professional guidance, the client work, and the decisions that call for rather more explanation. Myla’s place here offers a small reminder that thoughtful work can leave room for warmth and a little humor. As for the headshot, the case remains persuasive. There is no immediate need to reopen that discussion.
