Leadership
Integration.
Keep connected working agreements useful through growth or change.
The scope at a glance
What this is
One participant develops, tests, and keeps connected working agreements current over a year. Leadership-pair support is scoped separately.
Who it serves
- Sustaining a growing practice through greater complexity.
- Navigating a substantial professional or organizational transition.
- Maintaining effective executive judgment and delegation over time.
What happens in the engagement
24 one-hour working conversations. An opening conversation, a closing conversation, and a later review.
Intended endpoint
Repeated review and refinement of connected agreements, capture of chosen Blueprints in Your relationprint, and agreed maintenance and review arrangements.
A Draft is ready to try in real work. A Blueprint records an arrangement tested and adopted by authorized client decision-makers.
A growing business owner reviews priorities, delegated decisions, and continuity as the practice gains new clients and collaborators.
Time and participation
Reserve twenty-seven one-hour appointments: twenty-four working conversations, opening, closing, and a later review. Working conversations normally follow a biweekly rhythm. Preparation and practical trials add participant time. A separately scoped leadership pair receives a named joint/private schedule before committing.
One included review approximately 90 days after closing. The active period ends at closing.
What happens next
Your proposal confirms the work, participants, schedule, outputs, and handover. Authorized client decision-makers determine what to adopt; the organization chooses how to maintain its records. Additional tool setup, wider rollout, or extended implementation support is scoped separately. Full terms appear on Investment.
