What this is

One leader or independent practitioner works with Andrew on a focused responsibility, decision, priority, or commitment.

Who it serves

  • Starting or formalizing a business or independent practice.
  • Establishing a manageable calendar and clearer priorities.
  • Developing delegation and decision-making as a new manager.

What happens in the engagement

6 one-hour working conversations. An opening conversation, a closing conversation, and a later review.

Intended endpoint

Findings, practical recommendations, and a Draft for one focused situation, with a trial plan and review of practical use.

A Draft is ready to try in real work. A Blueprint records an arrangement tested and adopted by authorized client decision-makers.

For example

A founder tests an agreement for accepting new client requests while protecting existing commitments.

Time and participation

Reserve nine one-hour appointments: six working conversations, opening, closing, and a later review. Working conversations are typically two to three weeks apart within the four-month active window. Allow additional time for preparation, reflection, and practical trials.

One included review approximately 90 days after closing. The active period ends at closing.

What happens next

Your proposal confirms the work, participants, schedule, outputs, and handover. Authorized client decision-makers determine what to adopt; the organization chooses how to maintain its records. Additional tool setup, wider rollout, or extended implementation support is scoped separately. Full terms appear on Investment.
