Different settings.
A shared human challenge.

Andrew’s work has taken him from concert halls and community programs to technology companies and public-sector projects. Across those settings, progress depends on people with different expertise understanding each other and knowing how their contributions connect.

His background includes coordinating public-safety deployments with municipalities, schools, construction teams, and vendors; delivering enterprise software implementations; and bringing artists, staff, and volunteers together through live performance.

He brings technical fluency, operational experience, and a creative approach to the decisions and relationships behind everyday work.

Why relationprint

Make the way you work
something you can work on.

Andrew created relationprint to give the often-unspoken arrangements of work a shared form: who owns a decision, what matters, where information lives, and how people coordinate.

Your people bring firsthand knowledge and help draft, test, and refine the arrangements they will use. Andrew brings organizational-design judgment, facilitation, practical recommendations, and hands-on help preparing useful agreements.

The point is not a report that sits on a shelf. It is a way of working people understand, test, and keep improving—with useful records they own.

Working together

Curious. Candid. Practical.

You work directly with Andrew throughout the agreed engagement.

We start doing the work together immediately: drawing real situations, testing practical options, and capturing the agreements your organization chooses to adopt.

His musical background offers a familiar picture of collaboration: individual expertise, clear cues, careful listening, and a shared sense of timing. Those relationships matter in an ensemble—and in everyday work.
